The live table above shows current hourly rates for each vehicle class and a three-hour estimate. The minimum is three hours; additional time is billed in 30-minute increments. The Luxury SUV upgrade adds $30 per trip above the Executive / Black SUV fare. A listed class and rate are a planning starting point. Dispatch confirms the actual vehicle and availability for your wedding date.

A three-hour stretch-limousine example

At the current stretch-limousine rate, the estimate below multiplies the hourly rate by the reserved time. Tolls, parking, venue or regulatory fees, requested extras and additional waiting are outside these examples. Pickups from 10 PM until before 6 AM Central Time add the current after-hours charge. What changes the number of hours?

A ride from a getting-ready location to the ceremony can have a different schedule from a vehicle held through photos and the reception. Guest shuttles need the hotel list, passengers per movement and final departure. Include boarding time, photo stops and travel between venues. Time reserved while the group is elsewhere still belongs in an hourly itinerary. Our 4-, 6- and 8-hour examples show different scopes to discuss with your planner.

Match the vehicle to the people and belongings

Count the couple, wedding party, accompanying adults and any other riders on each leg. Mention formalwear, floral arrangements, overnight bags and child seats before choosing a vehicle. Ask dispatch to confirm the seated capacity and usable luggage space for the actual arrangement. A larger vehicle is not automatically the lower-cost plan: one vehicle doing several loops and multiple vehicles departing together use different amounts of reserved time.

Questions to settle before accepting the quote

Confirm the start and finish of the reserved block, included stops, any positioning charge, how extra time is billed and whether meet-and-greet or other amenities add a charge. Ask for the deposit, cancellation and change terms for the selected vehicle and date. Do not assume decorations, a particular vehicle color or an accessible configuration are included. Review the service policies and save the confirmed itinerary with the quote.

Send a brief that can be priced

Provide the date, pickup and destination street addresses, arrival deadlines, passenger numbers, requested vehicle and final return. Add the planner or responsible contact and describe any guest shuttle loops. A form submission requests review; a reservation begins after dispatch confirms availability and the final quote. Dispatch answers daily from 6 AM to 10 PM Central Time. Arrange overnight travel in advance during those hours.
