How far in advance should I book?
Request as early as possible for weekends, holidays, prom and wedding season. Availability is confirmed by dispatch. For a same-day request, call 469-400-2633 during 6 AM–10 PM Central Time.
Which airports do you serve?
Dallas/Fort Worth International (DFW) and Dallas Love Field (DAL), to and from anywhere in the Metroplex — and hourly service beyond it.
How is an airport pickup planned?
Provide the flight, complete local address and requested pickup time. Dispatch confirms the meeting plan. Airport arrivals include 30 minutes of waiting after domestic bags reach the carousel or 60 minutes for international arrivals, then $15 per 15 minutes.
How does pricing work?
Airport fares are shown publicly by local ZIP. The Luxury SUV upgrade adds $30 above the Executive / Black SUV fare per trip. Tolls, parking and airport fees are itemized separately. Pickups from 10 PM until before 6 AM add $20. Dispatch confirms the final quote before acceptance.
What hours do you operate?
Dispatch answers daily, 6 AM–10 PM Central Time. Overnight and early-morning rides require advance confirmation during those hours. Requests submitted after closing are reviewed when dispatch reopens.
What vehicles are in the fleet?
Request an executive sedan, luxury SUV, stretch limousine or Sprinter. Larger-group arrangements receive an itinerary quote. Dispatch confirms the specific vehicle, capacity, amenities and availability before acceptance.
What if I’m outside your service area?
Send the full pickup, destination and itinerary for a custom quote. Dispatch reviews requests during its 6 AM–10 PM Central Time hours and confirms whether the trip can be arranged.
Can I bring food and drinks?
Yes — enjoy them responsibly and help us keep the vehicle clean. Alcohol and glass containers are not permitted.
What is your cancellation policy?
Sedan and SUV changes require 12 hours’ notice. Cancellations inside 2 hours of pickup are charged in full; earlier cancellations after booking carry a 20% administrative charge. Group vehicles have longer notice windows and deposit terms — see Policies.
Hourly vehicle pricing
Three-hour minimum. After the minimum, time is billed in 30-minute increments. These estimates cover transportation; requested extras require confirmation.
