Send your trip details for dispatch review. Your ride is reserved after availability, the vehicle and final quote are confirmed. Dispatch reviews requests daily from 6 AM to 10 PM Central Time; arrange overnight pickups in advance during those hours.
What to expect
- Review your estimated fare and vehicle on the final step.
- For stretch limousines, Sprinters and buses, choose Hourly / by the day on Ride details.
- Dispatch confirms availability and the quote during its 6 AM–10 PM Central Time hours.
- Pickups from 10 PM until before 6 AM Central Time add $20 to the regular price. Your estimate includes this surcharge when applicable. Tolls, parking, airport fees and itinerary extras are additional; dispatch confirms the final quote. See service policies.
Prefer to talk it through? Call 469-400-2633, 6 AM – 10 PM Central Time daily. Requests sent after closing are reviewed when dispatch reopens.
