Hourly vehicle pricing
Three-hour minimum. After the minimum, time is billed in 30-minute increments. These estimates cover transportation; requested extras require confirmation.

A visiting team, wedding guests or several families can need more space and coordination than a direct airport car. Include everyone traveling and all addresses so dispatch can review a Sprinter or larger-group arrangement. The exact vehicle, capacity, amenities and availability are confirmed before acceptance; a catalogue class does not guarantee a particular vehicle.
Airport groups
Provide the arriving flight or departure time, local address and bag count. Larger vehicles receive an itinerary quote rather than the sedan or SUV airport fare. Tell us about golf clubs, large cases or child seats.
Conference and guest shuttles
List the hotels, meeting or reception venue, passenger numbers for each leg and desired departure windows. Dispatch reviews the number of trips and the reserved time.
Private outings
Add dinner, venue and final home addresses in travel order. Request hourly service if the vehicle should remain reserved between stops; do not assume an outward transfer includes a late return.

Count every rider, including children and accompanying adults. List standard bags and oversized items separately. Dispatch confirms seated capacity and luggage fit for the vehicle arrangement.

Give every collection and destination address, required arrival times and the expected finish. The published hourly minimum is three hours, followed by 30-minute increments; extra time and charges are reviewed with the itinerary.

Contacts and accommodations
Provide a reachable lead passenger and coordinator. Describe boarding assistance, wheelchair requirements, child seats and any other arrangements before acceptance; availability must be confirmed.
One itinerary across Dallas–Fort Worth
A group may begin in Melissa or McKinney, meet more guests in Plano and finish at an Arlington venue. Include those stops and the return north in the first request. Event access rules can differ for a bus, limousine and smaller car, so dispatch confirms the permitted meeting points for the selected arrangement.

Is a coach or bus guaranteed to be available?
