DFW Airport Meet-and-Greet & Love Field Pickup Guide
The flight identifies the arrival. The confirmed terminal, meeting point and passenger contact make the pickup plan useful.
Before your flight: send the details dispatch needs
Include the airline and flight number, travel date, passenger mobile, headcount, luggage and complete local destination. Choose the airport direction in the request so the address describes the local end of the trip. If you want meet-and-greet, say so before acceptance and ask dispatch to confirm where the chauffeur will meet you and whether an additional charge applies. Submitting the request alone does not confirm that arrangement.
DFW Terminals A, B, C and E
Check the actual arrival terminal and baggage-claim information after landing, including any flight change. DFW’s airport access guide explains that terminal exit doors are near baggage claim and that curbs are for active loading and unloading. Tell your chauffeur the confirmed meeting details. Do not walk to another terminal or choose a curb solely because it looks convenient; follow the instructions agreed for the reservation.
Terminal D and international arrivals
For an international arrival, allow for immigration, customs and baggage collection before a landside meeting. Provide the flight and let dispatch know when your party is ready. Pronto’s stated international waiting allowance is 60 minutes; any extra waiting follows the service policy. If you require an escort within the airport, review DFW’s official passenger-assistance service and confirm the scope with that provider. Airport-assistance arrangements are separately confirmed.
Dallas Love Field passenger collection
Love Field’s current ground transportation guide directs private luxury vehicles and limousines to the valet pavilion and Garage C pickup arrangements. The airport distinguishes accessible pickup arrangements and vehicle categories. Follow current airport signs and the instructions confirmed by dispatch for your vehicle. A general rideshare or taxi instruction should not be assumed to establish your reservation’s meeting point.
Waiting time and changes to the flight
Domestic airport arrivals include 30 minutes of waiting after bags reach the carousel, and international arrivals include 60 minutes. Extra waiting is $15 per 15 minutes under the current policy. If baggage, a flight change or another delay affects the pickup, contact dispatch and your confirmed trip contact. Do not leave without telling the chauffeur. Read the waiting and no-show terms before confirming the ride; a flight change is not an unlimited waiting allowance.
Accessibility, child seats and overnight travel
Describe wheelchair, boarding or other accommodation needs before booking so dispatch can confirm the vehicle and meeting point. Include children and seats in the passenger details. Child safety seats are not provided. Parents must supply and install their own. Dispatch reviews requests daily from 6 AM to 10 PM Central Time. Arrange overnight arrivals and early departures in advance during those hours; forms sent after closing are reviewed when dispatch reopens.
